Wedding Season started this weekend with a barn wedding in North Carolina. I ordered an adorable dress from Asos and it came just in time for the weekend. The only problem…the entire back was see-through! After a slight panic, I decided to buy this one (from myself) and it ended up working out great. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

I spent Saturday walking around Richmond with my family and grabbing lunch at an outdoor cafe. We got some great weather in this weekend before all the rain hit and I took that opportunity to wear my new neon shoes. Good thing, too, because the weather forecast is predicting rain boots in my future!

I love this dress. This is the one that caused me to make my boyfriend get up early on a Sunday morning to race to Target to find. It’s no surprise that at the first sign of warm weather and a holiday, I decided to wear it.
I got to spend Easter with my family, which was nice. My mom still gives us Easter baskets and I suppose this will continue until she has grandchildren. Now if I could only control myself with the candy!

I had a snow day yesterday and it was great. I have to admit, I’m sort of like a little kid when it comes to snow. I check the weather report incessantly and keep my fingers crossed that I will get buried inside all day with no hope of going anywhere. It’s been a pretty mild winter for us so I was ecstatic to wake up to white flakes falling from the sky. My excitement was short lived, though. All the snow has turned to mush and there’s not a cloud in the sky today.

Oftentimes, when I am feeling uninspired or just too tired to think, I look to pinterest to answer the question “what should I wear today?”. That is exactly where this outfit came from. It’s mornings like this that I wonder what the heck I would do without pinterest. Probably have to start picking out clothes on my own and eat less exciting food for dinner.
