I didn’t get to take many outfit photos this weekend because my boyfriend and I spent most of it on the road to West Virginia and back to pick up this little pup, Lucy.  I have been wanting a Boston Terrier for as long as I can remember.  As a huge animal lover, I wanted to rescue one instead of going to a breeder.  Sort of a tall order for a rescue dog…female, young, Boston Terrier, good with kids, good with other dogs, no major health issues….  After months and months of searching, I was this close (picture me squeezing my thumb and forefinger together so they are almost touching) to going to a breeder. Then, on Friday morning, as I was doing my daily search on PetFinder, I found her.  5 months old and perfect, in a shelter in West Virginia.  We immediately called the shelter, who said that many people had emailed but we were the first to call.  We were in luck!  Apparently the previous owner had some sort of life changing event and could no longer care for her.  Of course, I can’t imagine how anyone could leave this sweet girl behind.  I am in love!

Despite what this post (and my last) might suggest, I am not going to start posting adorable dogs on here every few days…  Oh, who am I kidding?  I probably will.
