Wedding Season started this weekend with a barn wedding in North Carolina. I ordered an adorable dress from Asos and it came just in time for the weekend. The only problem…the entire back was see-through! After a slight panic, I decided to buy this one (from myself) and it ended up working out great. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

I’ve been wearing a lot of maxi skirts and dresses lately. This weather has been perfect for them–sort of warm but also breezy. Not to mention how comfortable they are. It makes me want to go out and buy a bunch more and wear them every day.

When this scarf arrived in the mail the other day, my boyfriend said something to the effect of “that’s perfect for the 4th of July.” I immediately let him know that it would not only be worn on patriotic holidays, but on a regular basis as well. This is now my third time wearing it.

I wore this dress to my company’s holiday party on Saturday night. It’s one of the pieces I picked up on my latest trip to Anthro. My sister and I both tried it on and both ended up loving it. Too bad we don’t wear the same size like we used to while growing up! She could have worn it to her holiday party on Friday night, just in time to trade it off to me for Saturday. Being an adult is so hard.

I don’t own any plaid scarves, which is odd because I have pretty much a plaid everything else. I borrowed this one from my boyfriend for the day. I guess that will be one of the first things I buy when I can shop again TOMORROW!
