I spent some time exploring some pretty amazing artwork this weekend. The old bus depot in Richmond, which previously served no purpose, was converted into a five acre art gallery for the 2013 Art Festival back in September. Nationally and internationally acclaimed artists teamed up with local artists to create something awe inspiring. Since then, the bus depot has served as a beautiful showcase of street art. I could spend hours just staring at it all!
Wow, what a crazy week it’s been! It’s Friday and I am just now posting pictures of an outfit I wore on Wednesday. I can’t believe the first week of November is already over. Before we know it, it’s going to be Thanksgiving and then Christmas! Luckily, I am ahead of the game this year. I have already started shopping and might have even started listening to Christmas music. What can I say? Nothing puts me in a good mood like JT and the guys crooning “Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays” through the speakers of my car on my drive to work. Maybe I’ll even put up my Christmas tree this weekend. Too soon?
I had such a wonderful weekend. My parents came into town and we got to spend time relaxing/doing a little bit of work on the house. We had brunch on Sunday followed by an impromptu estate sale and trip to a local brewery with friends. As per usual, the weekend went by too quickly but I enjoyed the extra hour of sleep! Hope everyone had a lovely weekend!
