I bought these boyfriend jeans years ago and have maybe worn them one time before this. I have contemplated getting rid of them during multiple closet clean outs but have hung on to them for some reason. I’m so glad I did. I pulled them out from the bottom of my jean drawer this weekend determined to make them work and I actually love the way this look turned out.
P.S. I don’t know why it says Easter on the wall next to me but obviously had to stand next to it for Easter Weekend.
I am a little disappointed with the general lack of Fall that is happening right now. It was 91 degrees yesterday, which in my book, is Summer. The upside: it gave me a chance to wear my new shoes that I scored for only $17.
Now that we are all settled into our new place, we spent the weekend celebrating with great friends at our housewarming party. It was so nice to have friends over that we don’t get to see too often. Now it’s back to reality as the week starts up again. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!

We have a cold front coming through Virginia (70 degrees in August!!) and it is amazing. I know it’s just a tease and I shouldn’t get too excited but I am about ready to start wearing scarves and boots, drinking pumpkin flavored everything and watching college football.
