Since I was in Colorado for the Fourth, I got to see no fireworks. It was a little sad but the great company quickly made up for it. We had a nice little barbeque complete with mountains in the background and cupcakes made by my best friend Katie (to celebrate our May birthdays together–2 two months later).
Since I realized my obsession for denim has gotten a little out of hand, I have been trying not to wear this vest. But…can you honestly think of anything that says “America” more than this denim vest? I dare you to try.

I hope you had a good 4th in Colorado. I love it there, it’s so gorgeous. (My mom used to live in Boulder.) And I’m not tired of that vest yet, I love it!
